Daeshawn joins us at Audience, providing knowledge in the logistical and operational sector of the warehouse facility. 

Prior to Audience, Daeshawn was responsible for many key operational roles within the Performance Based Logistics branch of AAR Landing Gear in Miami.

With his personal objective being, “Provide positive change and impact any company in the best way possible by using my experience and expertise in the fields I am well educated in. As well as give a unique approach to creating a work environment conducive to maximizing the potential of self and teamwork”, he is fit for his role here at Audience.

While currently pursuing his BS in Business Administration he holds certifications in various Leadership and Project Management courses.
