Rick’s career has been dedicated to building customer relationships. For more than 20 years, he’s built and led high-performing sales teams.

Rick founded Sales & Management Partners, LLC, which over the last decade has worked with dozens of individuals and businesses around the world to build world-class sales organizations.

Rick is an incurable leader/coach, mentor and closer. His sales career spans a range of industries, including financial services, technology, health care, travel, entertainment, retail and manufacturing.

He is a graduate of Marquette University’s MBA program as well Lakeland College’s BA programs in Accounting, Business Administration and Economics. Rick is also a member of Mensa International.
