Stefani brings to Audience a distinguished 15-year career in customer success and project management. 

She has helped build the customer-success groups across a range of companies, from start-ups to public companies.

Prior to her work in customer success, Stefani was a Senior Executive Assistant, supporting an office of 25 engineers, including the president and vice president.

She holds a BS degree from the Department of Health and Human Services from California State University, Sacramento.
