Todd for 15+ years has worked in high-level customer success and account support roles in his career.

Todd has worked in customer success across multiple companies, from some of the largest public companies like Costco to smaller business start-ups.

Prior to working in customer success, Todd was a sales support specialist for multiple major motion picture movies studios supporting a sales staff of over 25.

In his off time Todd enjoys collecting sports memorabilia, playing golf, and is a huge sports fan. Cheering on his favorite MLB team the San Francisco Giants or his favorite NFL team The Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
